Job Responsibilities:

  1. Design electrical principles for charging piles.
  2. Responsible for schematic design, component selection, and design.
  3. Responsible for product serialization and standardization, derivative product development, and maintenance.
  4. Conduct design verification testing, solve testing issues, and debug prototypes.
  5. Prepare technical solutions for electric vehicle charging facility construction and draw up charging facility plans.
  6. Design hardware circuit schematics, layout, debugging, verification, and produce process documentation.
  7. Proficient in circuit analysis, analog electronics, power electronics, microcontroller programming, and hardware/software development for charging pile control systems.

Qualifications:

  1. Familiar with switching power supply technology and microcontroller technology.
  2. Bachelor’s degree or above in electronics, power electronics, semiconductors, or related fields, with over 3 years of relevant work experience in charging pile design; Master’s degree preferred, aged 30 to 55.
  3. Solid experience in digital and analog circuit design, familiar with hardware development processes, and proficient in using design tools and common instruments.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Technical Support,Provide technical support to customers, answer product or technical-related questions, including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
  2. Demand Analysis, Communicate with customers to understand their needs and problems, analyze their application scenarios and technical requirements, and provide customized solutions.
  3. Problem Solving, Respond to and resolve technical issues at the customer’s site, ensuring normal system operation.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for electrical design of charging stations.
  2. Manage charging station projects, system solution design, and project evaluation.
  3. Produce standard plans for relevant sites and promote the standardization of automotive charging solutions.
  4. Inspect site conditions and produce reasonable automotive charging system solutions based on user needs.
  5. Provide product quotes and project budgets.

Qualifications:

  1. Over 3 years of relevant work experience.
  2. Bachelor’s degree or above in electronics, power electronics, electrical engineering, automation, or related fields.
  3. Familiar with professional knowledge and relevant standards, more than 3 years of experience in charging pile and charging station design.
  4. Capable of independently completing low-voltage electrical and control system design, including electrical drawing and component selection.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Develop new product requirements, extract parameter boundaries from multiple dimensions such as system applicability, competitiveness, and cost, accurately define products, and produce design requirements for chips and packaged products.
  2. Track the progress of new product development, chip tape-out, module trial packaging, product evaluation, and analyze, identify, and handle various abnormalities in the product development process, including packaging and reliability.
  3. Develop and certify new product evaluation and testing, and optimize and upgrade testing specifications.
  4. Handle product finalization, mass production review, and customer complaint analysis.
  5. Produce, review, and update product specifications.
  6. Conduct electrical testing and reliability experiments for chips and packaged products, and complete analysis of testing and experiment results.

Qualifications:

  2. Familiar with the principles, production processes, and reliability requirements of IGBT, SiC MOSFET, power modules, and peripheral drive technology, familiar with various parameters and testing principles, proficient in failure analysis methods and processes.
  3. Experience in developing or applying converter devices based on IGBT (or SiC MOSFET), proficient in related design software, circuit and mechanical structure design, or simulation software is preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Participate in the evaluation, testing, and application validation of SiC devices, SiC modules, and IGBT modules.
  2. Design SiC solutions and controllers for specific application fields, including the design and debugging of SiC demo boards, and compile technical documentation for application solutions.
  3. Assist sales in solving product selection, technical consultation, and application issues in customer applications, providing technical support for SiC application solutions.
  4. Assist sales in promoting SiC devices and solutions to new customers, managing and advancing Design-in and Design-win projects with clients.
  5. Conduct internal training for sales on products and application solutions.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree or above in automation, microelectronics, power electronics.
  2. Over 3 years of experience in power semiconductors, with experience as an FAE or AE in the power semiconductor industry.
  3. Familiar with the use and testing of IGBT, MOSFET, SiC, with hardware development experience in industries such as inverters, photovoltaics, energy storage, high-power supplies, charging stations, preferably familiar with automotive electric drives, industrial power supplies, and energy storage power supplies.
  4. Good English reading ability, able to understand English product documents and industry standards.
  5. Strong coordination and communication skills, excellent execution ability, adaptability to travel, strong sense of responsibility, and teamwork spirit.

Qualifications:

  1. Over 3 years of experience in designing energy storage BMS systems and photovoltaic inverters, familiar with the charge and discharge characteristics of various energy storage batteries and inverter topologies.
  2. Proficient in using power electronics simulation and design software.
  3. Familiar with the characteristics of power electronic devices (e.g., IGBT, MOSFET).
  4. Proficient in PCB design.
